Our "Haute Couture" silk formalwear line is made from exquisite, garment quality silk brocades, high-quality, cast hardware and is backed with velvety-soft, strong black twill. Just like special occasion clothing for humans, it is intended for fancy occasions and special outings rather than trips to the dog park or the beach (see our "Casual Sportswear" line for collars suited for these occasions). The collars in this line are truly spectacular neckties for dogs! **Please note that the 1/2" collar width is the same width as a cat collar, uses 3/8" wide hardware and unlike the other widths is NOT backed with twill. These little collars are ideal for tiny and toy dogs, but are not built to hold up to larger dogs.
