Our "Haute Couture" silk formalwear line is made from exquisite, garment quality silk brocades.   Just like special occasion clothing for humans, it is intended for fancy occasions and special outings rather than everday wear (see our "Casual Sportswear" line for collars more suited for everday).  Keep in mind that all cats treat their collars differently - if your cat loves to wear a collar, then these will make him feel extra-special, but if your cat is new to wearing collars, or simply rebels as soon as you put one on (Yoda again!), the silk can fray and turn into a “boa” with persistent scratching.  If your cat falls into the latter category, please consider a collar from our cotton line instead.  

We are still working on getting photographs of all our cat collars.  Until we do, please note that some of the photographs included in the listings are of larger dog collars, and are intended to illustrate the pattern only. Also, Since your collar will be custom made for your cat, it may vary slightly from those in the photographs - click here for more information about our patterns.
