I just received the harness that I ordered from you for my wedding in July. I have had to order a lot of things online for my wedding because I work in a hospital (veterinarian) and have long hours.  I wanted to tell you that this was the BEST (hands down) item that I have ordered in all accounts. I didnt really know what to expect when ordering and was going on complete faith, and the harness and pillow are better and more than I could have even imagined. It fits my dog PERFECTLY (I didnt even have to adjust the straps!) and EXACTLY the right color.  In looking at the quality of the material and stitching etc. and anyone would guess I spent at least $100 on it to be specially made for MY dog, so I cant believe the bargain for such a wonderful product.  Thank you so much for everything!!! This was our 2nd order from K-nine Couture, & we gave the seller our repeat business because of the superb service we had on our 1st order. A leash & collar out of a particular material ordered over the Internet can be a tricky maneuver, & for us the money was also a concern, & we were so relieved when we found that the person actually making the collar & leash set was meticulous. Both this time & before, we exchanged a number of emails with Mandy that ensured that we'd ordered correctly, that we'd understood what we'd be getting, & that the products were the correct ones to suit our dogs. And when they promptly came, safely wrapped, they were gorgeous! The patterns in the material we'd chosen were carefully worked to show to best advantage on the leashes, & our dogs even seemed to realize they were now wearing something special--a couple of goofy dogs grins on those faces when that special collar is on, & neither dog likes it much when that collar is removed. This has been probably my best experience ordering on the Internet, with a person who takes well-deserved pride in her work & is an expert at communicating with clients.
